02 / What you get

Four things, kept current every week.

  1. 01

    Planning in your P6 enterprise

    We plan in your P6 enterprise, with your coding and calendars: baselines, monthly updates, recovery schedules and fragnets for delay events. Each update is tested against the DCMA 14-point assessment before it goes to your client.

  2. 02

    One change register

    Cost and programme read from one change register. Every instruction, variation and delay event gets one ID, a cost status and a programme status. When the cost report and the programme disagree, the register shows where.

  3. 03

    EOT, variation and notice registers

    Each notice is logged with the date it was due, the date it went out and the reply. Each extension of time request is linked to its delay event and its fragnet. Gaps show up as open lines with an age in days.

  4. 04

    Monthly reporting

    One report a month, built from the programme and the register, in your template. It's written for the person who has to sign it.

What a dispute avoidance board will read

Since August 2024, Abu Dhabi government entities have had to use the revised ADGCC for capital projects, with dispute avoidance and adjudication boards. When a board asks what happened in March, the answer should already exist, dated, in March's update.
