How we work
Work, check, review, issue.
Every deliverable is checked, reviewed by a named reviewer and released through a logged gate.
The engagement path
- You name the project and the date that matters most: a permit, a gate review or a board hearing.
- We agree the scope and the shape: review, set-up, dedicated planning service or retainer.
- You issue us accounts on the systems involved, with the access the scope needs. You name one contact.
- Work happens in your systems and your templates.
- Each deliverable passes the review gate and reaches you signed.
Specialists are contracted per engagement under written subcontracts. The reviewer who signs is named in the engagement letter.
The review gate
The planner on your project does the work and runs the checks. Nothing is released before review.
A named reviewer reads the source files and the check results, then accepts, amends or dismisses each finding with a reason. Release happens under that reviewer's own account.
Every decision is logged: the inputs, the version of the checks used, who signed and when. If a check turns out to be wrong, the log shows every item it touched.
Data handling
Files stay on your servers. Our planners work in them remotely, under accounts you issue and can revoke. Where personal data is involved, we agree the legal basis with you in writing first.
At the end of an engagement we hand back the accounts and delete any local working files. You get that in writing.
The clock
Tbilisi and the UAE both run on UTC+4 all year, with no daylight saving.1
Same clock, so meetings, site queries and the monthly cut-off fit your hours. Public holidays differ between the 2 countries; cover is agreed in the scope.
