What the form keeps and why.

What the enquiry form collects, why, where it's stored, how long it's kept and how to ask for deletion.

01

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form: your name, company, work email, role if you give it, the message and the engagement you picked. We also store the time it was sent.

We don't set cookies. Page visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you.1

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person sent it. To limit repeated submissions, a one-way hash of your IP address is kept for 10 minutes, then deleted. It isn't stored with the enquiry.

02

Why

To reply to your enquiry and keep a record of it. Nothing else. We don't add you to a mailing list. We don't share your details beyond Cloudflare, which stores them for us.

03

Where it's stored

In a database on Cloudflare, which also hosts this site. The database runs in Cloudflare's Eastern Europe region, with read copies in other regions switched off. That record is the only copy. We get an email that says a new enquiry has arrived; it carries none of what you wrote.

04

How long

Enquiries are deleted automatically after 12 months. Cloudflare keeps a recovery history of the database for up to 30 days2, so a deleted enquiry is gone for good within that time.
